I couldn’t figure out how to post this picture into my comment about the chickification of the NFL, so I made it a separate post.

A new “player safety” rule was voted on and passed by the National Football League. It states that ball carriers are barred from using the crown of their helmets to make forcible contact with a defender in the open field. This is a dumb rule probably created by someone who has never played the game. So, are the players going to use their chests instead? Dumb, dumb, dumb rule.

As Rush Limbaugh says, the “chickification” of the NFL is in full swing. 10 years from now all the players will probably be playing flag football. Ugh. It’s just another American past time that liberals want to ruin… If they ever allow women to play in the NFL, I will never watch another game. Ever. I will burn all my Steelers stuff and Hubby will burn all his 49ers stuff. I can guaran-damn-tee it.

I’m waiting for the obligatory – in Aussie football they are so tough they don’t even need a helmet!

I remember when that was about all ESPN had on when they first began broadcasting here.

    • Yeah Aussie, pretty sad state of affairs…..posting Barbie pics…….blah. :(
