The picture reminds me of the old saying: the most dangerous place in the world is between a mother and her young.

NRA Breaks All-Time Fundraising Record, And It’s Only September
A little something to start your Friday.I wonder how many tens of thousands of NRA members don’t own firearms, they just don’t appreciate our constitutional rights being assaulted.

I didn’t get to watch the VA Gubernatorial Debate live the other night, I had to watch an online replay at work. I almost spit out my coffee when McA-hole made that statement. What a dumb*ss!

I’d like to drag him to a computer and show me how. Cameras rolling Terrence!

The NRA or the Cuccinelli campaign should take that asinine statement and use it in a t.v. commercial. The libs at this office totally believed his statement. One of our reporters a few months ago wrote an inaccurate story about gun laws (I refuse to read anything that she writes). Well, it pissed a lot of people off. We got many letters to the editor correcting her. They published the letters, but never ran an official correction in the paper.

        • Amusing, but infuriating. 👿 Reporters have to be some of the most ignorant and uninformed people on the planet. Really. Except for sports journalists. They seem to be insanely knowledgable. Maybe THEY should be called on to report on politics.

          • freedom1781 says:

According to them, NPR, MSNBC, CNN, Wash. Post, the NY Slimes, HuffPo and any other liberal news outlet are the only “true” news outlets. “FauxNews” just report lies geared toward intolerant, toothless, dumbass tea baggers. *sigh* I try not to get upset about it anymore, it’s pointless for me to correct them.

If that was remotely possible, Maryland wouldn’t have the insane backlog we have. . . golly, I wish we could! There’s some shiny shinies I love to procure. . .

Photo: Ted Cruz Kneels in Prayer Outside the White House

“He’s alongside Rev. Rob Schenck (from Faith and Action) and Rev. Frazier White (a Democrat and Obama supporter) praying for Saeed Abedini, who has been in an Iranian prison for one year. He is being persecuted for his faith to Jesus Christ.

Who says Ted Cruz isn’t bipartisan?”

Not surprised. Disgusted, but not surprised.

  6. Sometimes, you need a mess. For one thing, it brings out the hypocrites. Ray has some good observations.

For example, just look at this narcissistic asshole.
    http://abyssum.org/2013/09/21/pope-francis-jesuit-publlications-interview-provides-a-lot-of-food-for-thought/
Ann Barnhardt thinks he’s a genius, but his article is prefaced by an entire page of resume-like chest-puffery, including famous endorsements, just shouting at you about how important he is. Then, his first words about the Pope are pure condescending snark:
“May I first beg your forgiveness for my failure to hold up for applause every expression offered by the pope that resembles solid Catholic teaching? Nothing personal; that’s just me. I’m not in the habit of alerting my mechanic every time my truck starts either.”

So, couldn’t wait until the 2nd paragraph before comparing the Pope to a barely functional pick-up truck? What an ass. Then, instead of criticizing anything concrete (I thought Ann liked concrete things?) he proceeds to psychoanalyze Franko. He did everything but say his governing style is a result of his mommy-issues. No, wait. I think he mentioned that, too.
