Oh I’m sure Monsanto wants everyone to see this. Too late. Study done, and it looks pretty dang legit to me. No amount of money will make it possible to go back in time and change history.

“During the Cold War, it was President Reagan who called the U.S.S.R the evil empire, and so it was. But the Russian finger on the nuclear button was nevertheless a rational finger. Remember the U.S. and Soviet agreed policy of Mutually-Assured-Destruction (MAD). The Iranian finger is anything but rational and must never be trusted in any similar agreement.

The Iranian regime includes fanatical mullahs who yearn for the apocalyptic coming of what they call the Twelfth Imam. Remember this same regime, who President Carter so misguidedly helped usher into power, was willing and eager to let up to some 500,000 Iranian children die clearing Iraqi minefields during its long war against Saddam Hussein…”

To Churchill scholar Michael Makovsky, the Capitol event “illustrated how we are living in an un-Churchillian age, and how we need a leader to rise above what Churchill called in 1931 a ‘disease of the will’ and advance the interests of national and global security as well as Western ideals. Today that means preventing a nuclear Iran at all costs, the most pressing security threat facing the United States and our allies. Our leaders who participated in the event should imbibe what Churchill stood for.”

“On the eve of Thanksgiving, WND published the heartbeaking story describing how the 7-year-old with a rare type of cancer lost his health insurance after Obamacare went into effect.

Thanks to the generosity and kindness of strangers, more than $41,000 has been raised in just the last 24 hours to help pay for Hunter’s medical bills. The story of the Alford’s plight went viral after the Drudge Report posted WND’s story. Total donations now exceed $54,000 and are climbing by the hour…”

“North Korea accused a detained U.S. veteran on Saturday of killing civilians during the Korean War 60 years ago and showed a video of the 85-year-old making a full confession and apology as if the battles are still raging.

The North’s KCNA news agency said Merrill E. Newman, a former special forces officer, was a mastermind of clandestine operations and had confessed to being ‘guilty of a long list of indelible crimes against DPRK government and Korean people’.”

Be careful what you wish for. As I understand it, once a Constitutional Convention opens, everything is on the table – over and above whatever it was called to address. The ENTIRE Constitution is up for grabs.
Do you really want New Yorkers and San Franciscans voting on a “new, improved” Second Amendment? Or a “clarification” of the religion clause in the First?
Do we want a new amendment codifying same-sex marriage as a “natural right”?
The leftists want a Constitutional Convention even more that Conservatives. That should tell you a lot, right there. They figure that they can rig the votes just as they did in any other election.

This was supposed to be up under the first post.

      Don’t worry, though.

      It’s just a glitch.

    • zmalfoy says:

I’ve been wondering about these same things. . .We don’t have a problem with the Constitution. Our problem is it’s not being enforced anymore. Do you really think that the cities where most of the voting population is bussed in from the cemeteries won’t find a way to shamelessly cheat and screw this all to hell? No, we don’t need a new constitution. We need a new declaration of independence– the the force to back it up.

    • Good point. If you think about it, they’re really the ones who need a Constitutional Convention to do the things they want to do. We just want to enforce the law we already have. Like Zoph said.
